Ian Mollon came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. He is Head of Alternative Valuations at Aitchison Raffety, leading specialist valuation advice across a range of alternative property sectors including private and state schools and hotels.
With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Ian brings a strong blend of client-side and consultancy expertise gained across both UK and international markets. His career includes estate management responsibilities for the Corporation of London’s property portfolio, overseeing West End office rent reviews and lease renewals, and advising on retail development and leasing within a UK shopping centre team.
Ian also served as Investment Manager for a major shopping centre developer in the UAE, where he led financial and commercial strategies and asset growth initiatives. His broad experience across diverse sectors, projects and teams enables him to provide strategic insight, commercial acumen and a global perspective to complex valuation assignments.
