Associate
Irfan is a Associate working out of our Manchester office covering the North West region and brings a broad range of experience spanning both Public & Private sectors. Irfan qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in 2014 and worked for a Manchester based commercial firm before joining a national panel firm undertaking residential valuations and home buyer surveys. Irfan advises on a wide spectrum of commercial and residential assets including HMO’s and investments throughout the region. Whilst valuations are undertaken primarily for secured lending purposes Irfan also advises private clients.
