Jamie has over 20 years of valuation experience and focuses on secured lending. Based at our Birmingham office, Jamie is the Valuation Director for the Midlands. Jamie’s experience includes valuing residential, commercial and development property, whether the property is vacant, owner occupier or held as an investment. The valuations have been for a range of purposes, including, loan security on behalf of high street banks, challenger banks and bridging finance; inclusion in financial statements and accounts on behalf of investment funds; corporate recovery on behalf of insolvency practitioners; and Compulsory Purchase for acquiring authorities.
