Director
As a Director of Graham + Sibbald, Jason provides valuation appraisals and project monitoring services for solicitors, banks and financial organisations, having valued property up to £100 million.
Jason has been in practice since 1988 and originally trained with a West End architectural practice (ATP Group), subsequently continuing his training as a Surveyor with northwest London firm Higgins & Co reaching Director status. He developed skills in organising and overseeing refurbishment and new build schemes for a number of Housing Associations. Jason came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety, which he joined in 1999 based at the company’s Hertfordshire office and primarily worked in the residential sector undertaking valuations, surveys and construction monitoring. His valuation experience extends across much of London and the Home Counties. Jason is currently a member of two RICS forums and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990.
