Bid Manager
Julie works within the London office as a Bid Manager. She joined G+S at the start of December 2025. Julie has over 22 years of experience in bid management and business development. She specialises in the production, coordination, and management of complex tenders, working closely with senior leadership, partners, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
Julie has a proven track record of overseeing tender processes end to end, from monitoring portals and crafting responses to maintaining compliance with regulatory and client requirements, and producing detailed reports to analyse bid outcomes, including wins, losses, and key learnings. Known for her strong organisational skills, she builds effective relationships at all levels and consistently drives improvements in bid processes. In addition to this, Julie has a Professional Certificate and Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
