Kerri McGuire

Partner, Head of Planning and Development

Kerri is a Chartered Planner and Chartered Surveyor with more than 19 years of private sector planning and development consultancy experience. Kerri is also a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. She studied Environmental Planning at University of Strathclyde (B.A. Hons) and undertook a Masters degree in Urban Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot Watt University. Kerri previously worked at Entec, Drivers Jonas and Savills, before joining Graham + Sibbald in 2013. She was promoted to Head of Planning and Development in 2017 and to Partner in 2020. Kerri has a national remit to provide planning and development land consultancy advice to a range of private and public sector clients across the UK. This includes site finding, the provision of compulsory purchase advice, undertaking Environmental Impact Assessments, stakeholder engagement and promotion of land through the development planning process. She has a particular specialism in public sector schemes, residential development, ports + harbours, renewables and brownfield regeneration.
