Compliance + Quality Officer
Kirstin joined G+S in October 2026 and is based in our Glasgow office, where she works within the Operations team as a Compliance & Quality Officer. She graduated from the University of the West of Scotland in 2015 with an Honours degree in Journalism and brings experience from the financial services sector, including roles in debt recovery, regulatory compliance, and complaint handling.
She supports the Compliance & Quality team in maintaining and enhancing the company’s quality, compliance, environmental and health & safety standards. Her main duties & responsibilities are planning, conducting, and reporting on quality and compliance audits across all business sectors, ensuring adherence to internal procedures regulatory requirements and recognised management standards. She also supports general administrative duties and assists with the administration & management of complaints.
