Chartered Surveyor
Kirsty joined Graham + Sibbald within the Edinburgh Residential department as a Chartered Surveyor in July 2025. Kirsty graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from Heriot-Watt University in 2022 and thereafter joined Savills where she gained valuable experience undertaking valuations for secured lending, taxation and accounts purposes. Kirsty successfully achieved MRICS status in November 2024.
As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Kirsty conducts residential valuations, Home Reports and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on behalf of private clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors. Kirsty adopts a detailed and methodical approach to her work, ensuring reports are accurate, consistent, and completed to a high standard.
