Chartered Surveyor
Kyle qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2024. He is based in Graham + Sibbald’s London office and works within the commercial agency team. Kyle specialises in the London market, advising landlords on freehold acquisitions and disposals. Kyle also advises both landlords and occupiers on leasing transactions as well as rent reviews and lease renewals. Prior to joining G+S, Kyle worked in asset management for NewRiver REIT in their Edinburgh office.
Kyle has a BA Hons in English from Oxford Brookes and MSc in Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
