Senior Director
Kyle is a Senior Director and Head of the Residential Department in the firm’s Dundee office, with responsibility for the wider Angus and North Fife areas. He joined the firm in 2006 and studied Estate Management (BSc Hons) at the University of Reading whilst completing his professional training.
He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013, was appointed Associate in 2017, and became a Director in 2021 before progressing to his current role.
As a RICS Registered Valuer, Kyle specialises in residential property valuation, with particular focus on Home Reports and valuations for secured lending, acting for solicitors, estate agents, financial institutions, and private clients.
