Surveyor
Lauren Walker is a Surveyor within the Healthcare team, based in the Manchester office. She joined the business in May 2026 and brings a strong academic foundation, holding an undergraduate degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Real Estate.
In her role, Lauren undertakes a broad range of professional instructions across the healthcare property sector. Her responsibilities include conducting inspections and measurements of GP practices, pharmacies and other healthcare premises, as well as valuing Notional Rent Reimbursements. She is also actively involved in Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, and the preparation of Market Valuations.
Lauren is currently working towards her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification, further developing her expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality professional advice within the healthcare property market.
