Luca is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer specialising in the residential property sector.
Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Property Management & Valuation, Luca continues to build expertise and develop a strong depth of knowledge across the sector, achieving MRICS Chartered status in 2023. Through his commitment to delivering high-quality client service and technical advice, was promoted to Director in 2026.
Luca provides residential valuation and property consultancy advice to private and public sector clients. He advises on valuation matters, including Home Reports, taxation, development appraisals, and secured lending for financial institutions.
Since joining in 2018, Luca plays an active role in supporting continued growth across North & South Lanarkshire. In addition to his client-facing role, he is passionate about developing future talent, providing training, mentoring, and support to aspiring surveyors.
