Luke is a Chartered Building Surveyor with a strong technical foundation and a focus on project delivery across the education, industrial, and commercial sectors. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Coventry University, he began his career at AECOM before joining Ridge and Partners LLP, where he gained the majority of his experience. During his time at Ridge, Luke developed specialist expertise in technical due diligence, building pathology, and project management, working across a variety of public and private sector schemes. He later broadened his commercial property experience at Hollis, delivering work for institutional investors and occupiers. Now based in the Birmingham office of Graham + Sibbald, Luke is focused on supporting clients throughout the Midlands and driving the firm’s continued regional growth.
