Mark joined Graham + Sibbald in 2026 as a Director of Office Agency working out of our Manchester office, having joined from Avison Young where he worked for 11 years. Mark achieved his BSc Hons in Urban Land Economic at Sheffield Hallam University and became a full RICS chartered member in 2005.
He has delivered for numerous clients including The AA, Bruntwood, RPG, NHS, Orbit and Manchester City Council on the acquisition and disposal of office space across the city and wider North West. With a strong understanding of the regional market, he is a trusted advisor to both institutional and local landlords. Mark has delivered a range of successful transactions, including the 25,000 sq ft letting to UKMC at Quays Reach, Salford and 22,000 sq ft acquisition on behalf of the NHS in Bickerstaffe House, Blackpool. He also recently acquired 8,000 sq ft in Manchester city centre on behalf of Urbanbubble. Known for his straightforward approach and attention to detail, Mark supports clients in navigating the region’s fast-evolving office landscape with confidence.
