Senior Surveyor
Matt studied at Nottingham Trent University and graduated in 2022 with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. He started working for Graham + Sibbald within the Manchester Office in August 2022 as part of the Commercial Agency team and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2024. He has since progressed to the role of Senior Surveyor.
In his day-to-day Matt carries out property disposals and acquisitions for a range of clients and across various sectors, property valuations across a variety of asset classes and a range of landlord and tenant consultancy work.
