Senior Surveyor
Matthew is a Building Surveyor in our Aberdeen Office. He joined Graham + Sibbald in 2017 as a Graduate Surveyor after studying Building Surveying BSc (Hons) at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, and he passed his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor in 2020. Matthew regularly undertakes Building Surveys, Schedule of Conditions, Reinstatement Cost Assessments as well as acting for both Landlord and Tenant in respect to preparing, negotiating and settlement of Schedule of Dilapidations. Matthew has also been responsible for the Contract Administration of various refurbishment projects as well as fire and flood damage reinstatement projects
