Max joined AR in May 2025 and has over 10 years’ experience in commercial property advisory; having previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and the Valuation Office. He came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety.
He has vast experience in bulk class advisory of warehouses, offices and retail; alongside several specialist classes. Within the Valuation Office he has previously worked on revaluation and appeals within London and South Yorkshire markets alongside high-value assets in Westminster. He has also overseen GPCR review schemes for a number of national retail parks.
