Associate Director
Melanie joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety in 2025. She joined Aitchison Rafferty’s Healthcare team in July 2025 as an Associate Director and brings nearly 20 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer to the team. Melanie’s previous experience focused on valuation of commercial property for regulated purposes and loan security. Melanie’s focus within the Healthcare team is the valuation of Primary healthcare assets (doctor’s surgeries, investment pharmacies and dental surgeries) for loan security or accounts purposes as well as undertaking landlord and tenant work including Notional Rent appeals, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals.
