Michelle has been a Chartered Surveyor since 2019 and joined Aitchison Raffety in 2025, she came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and later transitioned into a career in surveying. Prior to joining Aitchison Raffety, Michelle provided real estate valuation advice at an independent multidisciplinary firm, advising banks and lenders across the Greater London area with a particular focus on securitised lending. In addition to her work in London, Michelle brings international experience from working for a major property developer in Hong Kong, where she focused on land appraisal and acquisition across Hong Kong, Singapore, and London, contributing to transactions with a total land value of up to £7 billion.
