Chief Financial Officer
Mike joined G+S in August 2026 as Fractional CFO based in the is based in the Glasgow office where he works within the finance team. He oversees the finance function and sits on both the Management and Strategy Boards, supporting the development and implementation of G+S’s strategy.
Mike is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience as a CFO across both private and public companies in a variety of sectors including commercial and residential real estate, leisure, hotels and food manufacturing. These roles have involved significant M&A, funding, transactional and corporate structuring work with a wide range of stakeholders, including debt funders and private equity investors. Mike looks forward to utilising his experience as part of the G+S team as it continues its journey of profitable growth.
