Associate Director
Nick Mann is an Associate Director and MRICS qualified Registered Valuer with wide-ranging experience delivering RICS Red Book compliant valuation advice across commercial, residential, development and mixed use assets. With a background spanning both secured lending and private valuations, he works as part of a regional team covering predominantly the south coast area, Surrey and London. Nick also provides mentoring to graduates through the APC process and is training to become an RICS Assessor. His portfolio of work includes valuations of high value residential estates, industrial/retail properties, and multi asset portfolios. Nick joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety in 2025.
Prior to joining Aitchison Raffety, Nick gained broad experience in development consultancy, viability assessments, agency, and compulsory purchase work within both public and private sector contexts.
