Senior Surveyor
Nicole joined Aitchison Raffety in 2002 and came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. She is a surveyor within the valuation team, responsible for undertaking valuations on commercial and residential properties.
Nicole undertakes a range of valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending, portfolio, private and accounts purposes for a range of clients from individual property owners and investors, to large portfolio holders.
