Senior Surveyor
Paddy is from and based in Manchester. He joined the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety, having originally joined Aitchison Raffety in September 2025. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying whilst studying and living in Leeds, but has specialised in business rates since 2021.
Paddy has experience managing a varied caseload across England and Wales, with a particular focus on industrial, office, and retail properties. He also has specialist experience in retail and expenditure cases, and has been successful in securing reductions in a number of golf course appeals.
He undertakes detailed analysis of rental markets and the preparation and negotiation of Rating Challenge cases. Paddy regularly liaises with clients and Valuation Office Agency caseworkers, and has handled Check, Challenge and Appeal cases across multiple rating list periods.
