Paul joined Aitchison Raffety in October 2025 as Director within the London Valuations Team, he came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. With over 20 years of experience specialising in the commercial, residential, and development sectors across Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, and London, he provides expert valuation and consultancy services primarily to support secured lending and strategic decision making. Paul works with banks, developers, housing associations, investors, solicitors, accountants, charities, schools, and local authorities.
