Paul joined Graham + Sibbald in April 2026 based in our London office but covering Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. He graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management and has over 20 years PQE in valuing commercial and residential real estate including residential investment, portfolios, owner occupation and development, and commercial properties including office, retail, industrial and development.
