Surveyor
Rachael is a Valuation Surveyor in the Valuations department. She is MRICS qualified, a RICS Registered Valuer, and she holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management. Based in Manchester, she covers Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, and North and North East Lincolnshire. Since joining G+S in April 2026, she has undertaken secured lending valuations for HMOs, blocks of flats, and large residential properties, and has recently taken instructions for a care home valuation.
Prior to joining G+S, Rachael worked for the Valuation Office for seven years, during which time she completed her degree in Real Estate Management and achieved chartered status after sitting her APC in April 2025. Her experience has been predominantly in rating, covering both Non-Domestic and Council Tax work, with an additional year in DVS specialising in transport, including compulsory purchase, healthcare, and capital taxation.
