Chartered Surveyor
Riccardo joined Graham + Sibbald in 2021 after graduating in MA Honours Geography from University of Dundee. During his time at G+S and along with his day-to-day tasks, Riccardo undertook further studies and subsequently graduated in a master’s degree for MSc Real Estate Management and Investment from Edinburgh Napier University in 2024. Riccardo then achieved Chartered Surveyor status after passing his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in 2026. Specialising in the residential sector and as an RICS Registered Valuer, Riccardo is involved in all aspects of residential property valuation, mainly focused on Home Reports and valuations for secured lending purposes on behalf of local solicitors and estate agents, major financial institutions and independent clients. He enjoys interacting with clients, building strong working relationships and maintaining the high level of service synonymous with the firm’s core values.
