Chartered Surveyor
Richard works within the Valuation department in Aberdeen after joining G+S at that start of January 2026. He is a registered valuer and holds MRICS status. Richard’s job role includes assisting the valuation team led by Derek Richardson with undertaking Loan Security, asset and pension fund valuation. Prior to working at G+S, Richard retired last April after spending over 20 years at Knight Frank as Partner of the Aberdeen Valuation & Advisory department.
