Richard has over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor working in London “West End” practice “Savoy Stewart” where he started as Graduate Surveyor. His expertise are in property management, lease advisory and retail lettings principally in Central London and the South East. Representing a diverse range of both Landlord and Tenant clients from private Landlords, family trusts, charities, multiple and niche retailers. Sectors of the market have included retail, restaurants, offices, industrial, education and healthcare.
