Chartered Surveyor
Robbie is Chartered Building Surveyor, based within our Glasgow Graham + Sibbald Team. Having successfully graduated with Distinction from the University of Glasgow during 2021, Robbie then began working towards the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence where he became a fully qualified surveyor in 2024.
Day-to-day, he is involved in a wide range of services including: Project Management, Principal Designer and Contract Administration Services, Pre-acquisition Surveys, Schedule of Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Planned Maintenance Programmes. Robbie also takes the lead on all residential factoring refurbishment/repair programmes where he is driven to provide high quality work to meet the bespoke requirement of his clients.
