Senior Surveyor
Robbie is Chartered Building Surveyor, based within our Glasgow Graham + Sibbald Team. Having successfully graduated with Distinction from the University of Glasgow and gaining Chartered status three years later, Robbie has experience in all sectors of the construction and property industry.
Robbie is responsible for Contract Administration of various refurbishment projects ranging from £25k to in excess of £1m, including specification and design, procurement and project management through to completion. He is also skilled in the production of Pre-acquisition Surveys, Technical Inspection Reports, Schedule of Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Planned Maintenance Programmes.
Robbie takes the lead on all residential factoring refurbishment/repair programmes, where he is driven to provide high quality work, and meet bespoke client requirements.
