Robbie Kemsley is a Chartered Building Surveyor based within the Glasgow Graham + Sibbald team. He graduated with Distinction from the University of Glasgow and achieved Chartered status three years later, developing experience across all sectors of the construction and property industry.
Robbie is responsible for the contract administration of a wide range of refurbishment projects, with values from £25,000 to over £1,000,000. His role covers the full project lifecycle, including specification and design, procurement, contract administration, and project management through to completion.
He also has extensive experience in producing Pre‑Acquisition Surveys, Technical Inspection Reports, Schedules of Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, and Planned Maintenance Programmes.
Robbie leads on residential factoring refurbishment and repair programmes, where he is committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes while meeting bespoke client and stakeholder requirements.
