Compliance + Quality Manager
Robert joined Graham + Sibbald in July 2024 as an Auditor. In 2013, he graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with an Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Following over eight years of experience in retail, Robert spent four and a half years working as an Internal Auditor for a Business Management Consultancy firm in Motherwell. During this time, he conducted internal audits for a range of clients across various industries and developed extensive experience in auditing against ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. He is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
In his current role, Robert plays a key part in ensuring that Graham + Sibbald’s processes are consistently followed and remain compliant. He also supports general administrative duties and helps maintain overall office compliance. Drawing on his previous auditing experience, Robert brings a strong understanding of compliance and continuous improvement to his role and is committed to adding value to G+S as the company works towards achieving Project 60.
