Credit Control Team Leader
Sarah joins the team with over 15 years of credit control management experience within the property and asset management sectors, most recently at CBRE Ltd. She has a proven ability to manage complex client portfolios, deliver strong results, and drive meaningful operational improvements.
In her role at Graham + Sibbald, Sarah is responsible for guiding and supporting the credit control team, reviewing aged debt, implementing effective collection strategies, and contributing to the enhancement of internal processes. She works closely with both internal departments and external customers to resolve queries, support healthy cashflow, and maintain strong professional relationships.
