Scott is a Director of Valuation Services, based in Edinburgh. With over 15 years’ experience, Scott provides strategic investment and asset valuation advice to a range of clients including the main clearing banks, challenger banks, pension funds and private clients, to name a few.
In addition to valuation, Scott acts on behalf of his clients over numerous lease advisory services including rent reviews, lease renewals/regears and expert witness work etc. Although mostly covering the core commercial sectors of office, retail and industrial, Scott also advises clients operating across the ‘living’ sectors, with a specific focus on purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).
