Director
Selorm is an Associate Director who joined the Valuation Team at Aitchison Raffety in September 2023, he came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. He has experience in valuing a wide range of asset classes including care homes and mainstream commercial properties (office, industrial and retail) mainly for secured lending and financial reporting purposes.
Having originally studied architecture at university, Selorm has spent over 20 years in the building or property industry overall. He is currently based in the Bristol area but covers the Midlands and beyond for his valuation work.
