Graduate Surveyor
Shay joined our London Office in June 2024, as a Graduate Surveyor. He studied Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University and graduated in 2023. Shay gained 2 years of commercial property experience in the Belfast property market during his industry year and employment after graduating.
Shay relocated to London to further his career and initially joined Graham + Sibbald’s Asset Services Team. He is currently gaining experience across a range of general surveying practices, including inspections, property reports, landlord and tenant work, and agency for a range of clients and sectors. Shay is actively working towards his APC to become a RICS Chartered Surveyor in the near future.
