Property Manager/Agent
Shay joined G+S’s London Office in June 2024, having completed a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University in 2023. He brought with him two years of valuable commercial property experience gained in the Belfast market during his placement year and post-graduate employment.
Since relocating to London to further his career, Shay has been an integral part of the Asset Services and Agency Team. He has already secured sole agency instructions and asset management responsibilities on behalf of key clients, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and client-focused delivery.
With experience in both agency and asset management, Shay brings a holistic understanding of commercial property, recognising the day-to-day operations of a building with a strategic view of how to drive value and long-term performance.
