Senior Surveyor
Shona joined the team at Graham + Sibbald following four years with Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, where she worked in the commercial agency department. She began her career as a graduate surveyor in 2021 and went on to achieve MRICS status in October 2023. Prior to entering the surveying profession, Shona studied at the University of Aberdeen, completing an undergraduate degree in Business Management with History (2016–2020), followed by a postgraduate degree in Commercial Real Estate (2020–2021).
Her professional experience has centred on the retail and office sectors, advising both landlords and tenants on a range of commercial property matters. She is also an active committee member of Women in Property North East Scotland, where she currently serves as Junior Vice Chair.
