Facilities Manager
Simon joined G+S in October 2026, based at home in the South Midlands, and is attached to the Birmingham Office. He is an experienced Facilities Manager and is responsible for managing contractors to undertake PPM tasks and ad hoc works as necessary.
Working closely with the team of Property Managers, Simon undertakes site inspections to identify any maintenance issues arising, and is responsible for obtaining contractor quotes for budgeting purposes. With close to 18 years in the Facilities Management industry, Simon is keen to assist the team in all things FM, but is also keen to expand his knowledge by drawing on the wider teams experience.
