Stephen is a Partner and Head of Valuation in the UK. Based in Glasgow he provides commercial valuation and advisory services to a wide range of clients aided by the full in-house property service offered by Graham + Sibbald. His role primarily comprises heading up the commercial team within Glasgow and the West co-ordinating and undertaking commercial valuations on behalf of mainstream and bespoke lenders, accountants, financial advisors , pension funds, legal professionals and a wide range of private individuals. Such valuations are carried out for a number of requirements such as; secured lending, pension fund purchases and reviews, acquisitions and disposal and financial statements.
Additionally, Stephen chairs the firms Commercial Valuation Committee (CVC) tasked with managing Graham + Sibbald’s National Valuation Team. Stephen is specifically tasked with managing relationships with Commercial Lenders and Panel Managers UK wide, and prides himself on the expertise and guidance made available to clients.
