Partner
Stephen is a Partner and Head of Valuation in the UK, based in Glasgow. He provides valuation and advisory services to a wide range of clients, supported by the full in-house property services offered by Graham + Sibbald. His role primarily involves coordinating and conducting valuations for mainstream and challenger banks, large public and private sector organisations, pension funds, legal professionals, financial advisers, and various private clients.
In addition to his primary responsibilities, Stephen chairs the firm’s Commercial Valuation Committee, which is responsible for ensuring valuations are conducted in accordance with the most up-to-date legislation and guidance. He also manages relationships with lenders and panel managers across the UK, taking pride in offering expert guidance and support to clients.
