Stephen is a Director at Graham + Sibbald, preparing valuation reports on a wide range of commercial properties, including retail, office, and industrial, primarily for secured lending, as well as for solicitors and financial organisations. He covers the M25, M40, and M4 corridors, valuing properties from substantial bespoke warehouse units to smaller retail premises.
With almost 50 years experience in the South Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Middlesex area, Stephen has extensive expertise across all property sectors. He has strong connections with banks and property investors and has completed valuations on properties ranging from Listed buildings to brand-new residential and commercial developments.
Stephen joined Aitchison Raffety in 2007, initially working from the High Wycombe office and now based in South Hertfordshire. His work includes commercial and development valuations, as well as specialist appraisals. He came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety.
