Steve is a Chartered Building Surveyor with a degree in Building Surveying from Wolverhampton University and an engineering background. His career has seen him work across several well-known and respected UK property consultancy firms. He brings a wide range of project experience from his former roles including building surveys, technical due diligence surveys, contract administration, project management, development monitoring, condition surveys, dilapidations and building defect advice.
