Sue has 28 years’ experience working with Quality Management Systems accredited to ISO 9001, including 15 years within the Property Consultancy sector. She has a keen eye for detail and is committed to ensuring processes operate efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Her key responsibilities include managing and auditing processes to drive continuous improvement, as well as overseeing risk management to mitigate compliance risks and prevent potential issues. Sue also manages client expectations through structured feedback and complaint monitoring, helping to enhance service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
