Tim joined Aitchison Raffety from LSH as a highly experienced commercial Valuer. He came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. He has a breadth of knowledge and experience, providing Red Book Valuations for secured lending, private clients and public institutions. He has valued large asset portfolios of up to £1.5 billion for financial reporting purposes.
Within the property market, Tim brings expertise within the commercial arena, providing investment valuations on Offices, large and complex residential developments, life sciences and laboratories, and retail portfolios and has a particular interest in industrial use assets.
