Tim brings a distinctive blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience to his role at Graham & Sibbald. With a B.Eng in Civil Engineering, a BSc in Statistics, and an MSc in Data Science from Loughborough University, he combines analytical rigor with a deep understanding of the built environment.
Tim transitioned into the property sector after gaining valuable experience across diverse industries—including construction, technology, and legal—where he tackled a wide range of business challenges. This broad background informs his approach at Graham & Sibbald, where he joined in June 2025 as a Commercial Administrator.
In his current role, Tim’s daily responsibilities include audiotyping, finalising reports, creating invoices, drafting letters, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and well-organised. His efforts support smooth operational workflows and contribute to the firm’s commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Tim’s interest in real estate was first ignited during university, where he worked for a property agency in Leicestershire, England. Adaptable and solutions-focused, Tim is eager to contribute innovative ideas and play an integral role in driving Graham & Sibbald’s ongoing growth and success.
