Director
Tom is a Director in the Valuation team at Graham + Sibbald, responsible for undertaking a wide range of valuations for secured lending and accounts purposes. He provides ‘Red Book’ valuations across all principal commercial property types, including sites being redeveloped for both commercial and residential use. Tom also works on bespoke valuation projects with a particular focus on the industrial warehouse sector and supports the development of other members within the valuation team.
A qualified Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years, Tom has extensive experience across the Home Counties and central London. He has previously worked with Countrywide Commercial and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), undertaking high-value valuations for major banks and pension funds. For the past eleven years at Aitchison Raffety, Tom has focused on secured lending and annual accounting valuations for major banks and private clients, covering property values and portfolios from £500,000 to £40 million. Specialist areas include commercial and development valuations, investment property, and accounts valuations for private property companies, family trusts and public bodies.
