Property Referencer
Will joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Aitchison Raffety in 2025. He started at Aitchison Raffety in November 2024 as a Graduate Surveyor, specialising in business rates. He holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Property Finance & Investment from Nottingham Trent University, where he developed strong expertise in financial modelling, market analysis and risk assessment. He is currently working towards his RICS Chartership. In his role, Will supports clients in managing and minimising their business rates liabilities, undertaking property inspections, conducting detailed rateable valuations and assisting with appeals.
