Research Assistant
Yvonne came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. She joined Aitchison Rafferty in 2019 and works within the Business Rates Team. Her role involves researching property occupiers and key contacts across England and Wales, supporting colleagues in identifying opportunities to help businesses reduce their business rates liabilities.
She plays an important part in gathering and analysing property and occupier information, ensuring the team has accurate and up-to-date data to assist clients effectively. By working closely with surveyors and other team members, Yvonne helps streamline the business rates process and contributes to delivering positive outcomes for a wide range of clients.
