PRINCE’S HOUSE HOTEL, GLENFINNAN
Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the Sale of The Prince’s House Hotel, Glenfinnan.
The Prince’s House is an outstanding nine-bedroom boutique hotel located on a prominent plot in Glenfinnan, moments away from the famous Glenfinnan viaduct, famous for its starring role in the Harry Potter movies. The hotel is a well-known institution serving residents and tourists alike.
The new owners Kirsty Mann and Rona Barr expressed their enthusiasm about the acquisition. “The Prince’s House is a remarkable historic property with a strong legacy, we are delighted to restore its name to The Stage House and take it into the next era. We have had a hugely warm welcome from the village of Glenfinnan and look forward to making this our home as well as our livelihood. Clare Wilson and her team at Lindsays pulled out all the stops for us and the launch of our business would not have been possible without their tremendous effort, diligence and patience. Rona and Kirsty have great experience in the sector and I know they’re excited about what the future holds at Glenfinnan and how they can develop the hotel and its offering.”
Speaking on the sale, Kieron and Ina Kelly, the previous owners expressed their gratitude and pride in the hotel which they have owned and run for 22 years. “The Hotel has been an incredible journey, and we are extremely proud of what we’ve built here. This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it is the right time to pass the torch to someone else as we move onto new ventures. Under the new ownership, we believe the hotel will continue to thrive and provide outstanding experiences to guests.”
