APPROACH

The Wycliffe Hotel, compromises 14 en-suite letting bedrooms, an attractive bar with seating for 30, a separate restaurant with 80 covers, and the Piazza function Suite with a capacity of 32 for private dinners, parties, conferences, and functions. The Wycliffe hotel is located in a prominent trading location on a site which extends to approximately 0.478 Acres in a sought after location, the Edgely Park conservation area and less than 1 mile from Stockport Town Centre.

The Hotel + Leisure Team in Manchester, carried out a full and open marketing campaign, specifically targeting experienced hotel owners, operators, and property speculators.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Our clients owned and operated the hotel since 1980 and maintained the hotel to a high standard over the years. The hotel had undergone considerable refurbishment and improvements to many aspects of the property.

The Team introduced and negotiated the sale of the hotel, by way of a share sale transaction to a multiple hotel operator.
